Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy counted from the day the order was placed. All products returned most be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Before sending back products please contact our contact form here or email us at graffitihandstyles@gmail.com. Return shipping expenses is paid by the customer.
Damages and issues
If you received a damaged or faulty product please contact us via our contact form immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you want to file a complaint please send us an email at graffitihandstyles@gmail.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
